How credits are charged

Quotes, reservations, failed tasks, annual monthly issuance, welcome rewards and one-time packs.

Review the task quote

Credits depend on the selected model, duration, resolution, sound and references. The server checks the exact combination. No verified price means the task cannot start.

Reference videos may require a conservative upper quote for input duration. Read the quote and confirm before submitting. The same task costs the same credits on every plan.

Task charges and failures

Credits are reserved when your task is created. A confirmed supplier failure restores the charged credits once. Successful generation remains charged even when you dislike the result or output archival needs a retry.

If the supplier response is unknown, the task stays under review with its reservation held. We reconcile the existing job rather than submit another paid generation.

Monthly grants and expiration

Monthly subscriptions grant credits each subscription month. Annual subscriptions issue 12 monthly installments, not the entire year upfront. Each installment expires at the next monthly anniversary.

Unused subscription credits do not roll over. Starter one-time credits expire after 180 days; other standard one-time packs expire after 365 days. A paid experience pack, when offered, has its own displayed validity (normally 180 days) and no renewal.

Verified welcome credits

A verified new account can claim up to 5 credits once after human verification while the campaign budget is available. They expire in 7 days. Email aliases and account recreation do not provide repeated rewards.

Guests can preview prerecorded examples; arbitrary guest prompts do not invoke a paid generation. There is no recurring daily check-in credit promise.
