These Terms of Service govern your access to Open AI Image at openaiimage.com and the related creation, account and payment features. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and comply with the age and eligibility requirements that apply to you.
The service
Open AI Image provides a workspace for creating and managing AI-generated media through supported models and service providers. We are an independent platform, not the developer or official operator of every model named in the catalog. Model names and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Available models, settings, output formats and processing times can change. Features may depend on your location, account status, plan, provider availability or applicable restrictions. Examples illustrate possible results; they do not guarantee that your prompt will produce the same result or that any generation will be suitable for a particular purpose.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account and purchase information, keep login credentials private, and use only accounts and payment methods you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity through your account, subject to applicable law. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
An email entered for checkout is not, by itself, proof of ownership of an existing account. We may require email verification or another supported authentication step before access to purchases, credits or private assets is granted. Guest access, when offered, can have lower limits and may depend on browser-session continuity. Do not create multiple identities or sessions to bypass a promotion, free allowance, suspension or usage limit.
Your content and permissions
You retain whatever rights you hold in the material you submit. You give us permission to process, transmit, store and display that material as needed to operate the requested service, deliver results, provide support and enforce these terms. This includes sending the relevant input to providers that perform the selected generation or other processing.
You must have the rights and consents necessary for prompts, reference files, likenesses, voices, music, trademarks and other material you use. Do not upload content obtained through unlawful access or use someone's identity or voice without the permission required for your intended use.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and the selected provider's terms, you may use generated outputs for your lawful projects, including commercial projects. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable, accurate or free of third-party rights. Other users can receive similar outputs. You are responsible for reviewing your results and obtaining any additional clearance required before publication, advertising or sale.
Prohibited use
- Unlawful activity, fraud, scams, threats, harassment or instructions that facilitate serious harm.
- Child sexual exploitation or abuse, sexual content involving minors, or any attempt to create such material.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or deceptive impersonation that violates another person's rights.
- Material that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other protected rights.
- Attempts to bypass safety filters, access controls, usage limits, payment checks or the security of the service and its providers.
- Credential sharing, account farming, unauthorized automation, reselling access or abusive workloads that interfere with other users or violate the selected offer.
- Uploading malware, using stolen payment information, or probing systems without authorization.
Model providers can impose additional content restrictions. A prompt may be refused even where it does not violate local law. Changing wording to defeat a safety restriction does not make prohibited content acceptable.
Moderation, reports and appeals
We may use automated checks and review relevant records to identify prohibited content, fraud or abuse. We may reject a task, restrict a feature, remove unlawful content, suspend access or take other proportionate action when reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with legal obligations.
To report a rights violation or dispute a moderation decision, contact support. Identify the relevant task or content, explain the issue and provide the information needed to assess your claim. Do not send unrelated private information. We may request evidence of authorization or ownership and will consider relevant information when reviewing a restriction.
Prices, credits and subscriptions
Prices, included credits, billing interval and applicable benefits are shown for the selected product before payment. A yearly price expressed as a monthly equivalent is not a monthly charge: the yearly total is paid upfront. Taxes, exchange conversion or payment-provider charges may affect the final checkout total where applicable.
Subscription credits become available for each subscription month, including on yearly plans. They expire at the next monthly anniversary and do not roll over. One-time Starter credits are valid for 180 days; other standard one-time packs are valid for 365 days. Separate promotional or experience offers have the validity displayed for that offer. Credits are service entitlements, not money or a withdrawable deposit.
The generator displays the credit quote for the selected model and settings. Duration, resolution, audio and references can affect the quote. A confirmed failed generation restores the consumed credits once. A queued, processing or unresolved task is not yet a confirmed failure. Do not repeatedly submit a task simply because a provider has not finished processing it.
Subscriptions renew according to the interval accepted at checkout unless canceled before renewal. You can manage renewal in billing settings. Canceling renewal preserves the already-paid term; it does not automatically create a refund. A refund or payment reversal can revoke the associated unused credits and benefits. Unlimited generation benefits
Unlimited offers apply only to the models, settings, eligibility periods and usage conditions shown for the offer. They are not unrestricted access to every model or a promise of immediate processing. Pro and Premium include eligible GPT Image 2 image generation while the paid subscription is active. A first qualifying Premium subscription includes one seven-consecutive-day window of eligible Seedance 2.0 Mini video generation; it does not restart on renewal.
Unlimited mode allows one running task and one additional waiting task per account. Rolling usage limits, separate image and video capacity, cooldowns and service availability can affect when a task starts. Unsupported settings require credits. Switching a waiting task to the ordinary credit route requires your confirmation of its credit quote; reaching a limit does not silently authorize a credit charge.
Read Seedance Unlimited Explained for the current eligible settings and queue behavior. Using an unlimited video benefit counts as use of that purchase for refund eligibility. Free or promotional access may be limited or withdrawn where necessary to address abuse or an offer's expiry, subject to applicable rights.
Availability and your responsibilities
Generation is probabilistic. Outputs may contain errors, visual artifacts, unintended likenesses or unsuitable material. Review each result before relying on it. The service does not provide professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice, and generated content should not be presented as verified evidence of a real event.
Keep your own copies of important work. We cannot guarantee permanent storage, uninterrupted availability or a fixed generation time. Maintenance, provider outages, safety review and events outside reasonable control may delay or interrupt access. We will handle affected task and billing states according to their confirmed outcome and applicable purchase terms.
Suspension, termination and liability
You may stop using the service and cancel future renewal at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for a material violation, unresolved payment issue, security risk or legal requirement. Where appropriate, we may request information or offer a way to resolve the issue. Termination does not erase obligations or rights that already arose.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every output will meet your expectations. We are not responsible for third-party content, independent services or losses caused by misuse of the service beyond what applicable law requires. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory remedies available to you.
Changes, other policies and contact
We may update the service and these terms as features or requirements change. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate notices where required. Updated terms do not remove mandatory rights or retroactively change a completed purchase contrary to applicable law.
The privacy policy explains how information is handled. The refund policy explains purchase remedies. For questions or a concern about these terms, contact support with enough detail to identify the account, order or task involved. Applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection laws continue to apply; these terms do not require you to waive them.
