Cancel your subscription
Stop future renewal, keep the paid term and find credit installments, offers and invoices.
Cancel renewal in your account
Open Settings → Billing, select the subscription and choose Cancel subscription. Confirm the action. Stripe cancellation is scheduled for the paid period end.
The account shows the end date. You keep access through that date; annual credits continue to arrive monthly for the purchased year.
What happens to credits
Each subscription-month grant keeps its own expiration. Canceling renewal does not roll unused credits into later months. Separate one-time packs keep their stated expiration.
Unlimited modes also require a paid subscription and their own eligibility window. Canceling or resubscribing does not restart the once-only seven-day video window.
Refunds and payment questions
Cancellation stops future renewal and is separate from a refund request. Read the refund policy and open an account support ticket with your order number if you need a review.
A confirmed refund stops future credit installments tied to that purchase and does not restore a redeemed personal coupon.
Invoices and personal offers
Settings → Payments lists your orders and invoices. Settings → Coupons retains available, expired and used offers. A discount applies only to the quoted purchase; subsequent recurring charges return to the agreed subscription price.
