Credits pay for a specific generation configuration. Read the quote before confirming: a short low-resolution clip and a long reference-driven clip can have very different prices. There is no fixed number of videos per credit balance.
Current plans and credit validity
The base monthly plans are Lite ($14.90 / 300 credits), Pro ($29 / 600 credits), and Premium ($149 / 3,500 credits). Higher Pro and Premium allowances are selectable on Pricing. The base annual prices are $156, $174, and $1,188 respectively, paid upfront. Annual plans issue the selected allowance in 12 monthly installments, rather than delivering a year's credits immediately.
Subscription credits expire at the next monthly subscription anniversary and do not roll over. Canceling renewal preserves the purchased term and its remaining monthly installments; a refund ends the refunded entitlement. One-time Starter credits last 180 days; the other standard one-time packs last 365 days. An eligible paid experience pack is a separate, non-renewing offer with its own displayed price, credits and 180-day credit validity.
The generator quotes the exact credit charge for the selected model, resolution, duration, audio and references before confirmation. A plan changes the number and purchase price of credits, not the credits charged for the same generation settings. Reference video can increase the quote. Examples and historical comparison screenshots are not live price guarantees.
Annual billing does not mean annual credit release
An annual payment buys a year of service, with twelve monthly grants. The first grant is issued after confirmed payment; later grants follow the original subscription anniversary. Short months use their last valid calendar day, and later months return to the original anniversary where possible. Missed, expired periods do not accumulate into an extra spendable balance. Your account credit page shows the next grant and remaining installments.
What you can try without buying
Visitors can play prerecorded examples without logging in. Those previews do not submit a new prompt to a paid generation API. Generating a new video requires an account and enough credits or an eligible unlimited entitlement.
When guest trials are available, human verification can unlock up to 5 credits, valid for seven days, for GPT Image 2 at 1K, medium quality, 1:1 and without references. The Create button shows the actual credit price. Verified sign-in can keep eligible remaining credits and creations; guest and signup allowances do not stack. An eligible account that has not received a guest allowance may claim the welcome offer when available. Account creation alone does not grant a free video. Video generation requires sign-in and the live credit quote or an eligible unlimited benefit.
Failed, delayed and uncertain tasks
A confirmed failed generation restores its consumed credits once. A provider timeout with an unknown outcome stays under reconciliation: it is not automatically submitted again, and its reserved cost remains held until the outcome is known. A successful result remains successful if copying its media to private storage needs another attempt. Task state and media appear in your account; contact support with the task identifier if it needs review.
Eligible unlimited settings
Video unlimited mode is a single seven-consecutive-day window starting with the account's first qualifying Premium subscription purchase. It supports Seedance 2.0 Mini, 480p, four seconds, without reference files. It does not include Seedance 2.5, 4K, 30-second clips, upscaling or reference-video workflows. Renewing or buying again does not restart the seven-day window.
Pro and Premium include eligible GPT Image 2, standard 1K, opaque-background image generation without references while the paid subscription is active. High-quality, transparent-background and upscale operations are excluded. Only currently configured, priced combinations are available.
Images and videos have separate monthly capacity. One unlimited job can run and one further job can wait per account. Five-hour rolling limits apply, with a seven-day rolling limit for images. Video capacity can be used throughout its seven-day eligibility window. Waits may increase with usage and demand; reaching the available capacity can temporarily pause new unlimited jobs. The queue shows when you can continue.
The queue shows the earliest availability time, not a guaranteed completion time. To continue without waiting in our unlimited queue, choose Use credits on a waiting task and explicitly confirm its current quote. That releases the unlimited reservation and uses ordinary credit-mode concurrency. The supplier may still have its own queue. Purchased credits are never deducted silently when unlimited capacity runs out.
